General Association PTA Meeting

On February 9 at 7:00 PM, Fairmont PTA will have a Fairmont PTA General Association Meeting.

 

PTA Nominating Committee Volunteers - Additional Details:

This is typically a 1-2 hour commitment. If you volunteered on the nominating committee last year, then you cannot volunteer this year. We will be asking for 7 volunteers to serve on the PTA nominating committee during this meeting. The nominating committee will nominate our PTA Executive Board for next school year which must be elected every year according to our PTA Bylaws. Per our PTA Bylaws, the nominating committee will nominate people for the following positions - President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, 3rd Vice President, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Auditor, and Historian. It is acceptable to nominate people that are currently serving in those roles provided they have not already served in the position for 2 consecutive years.
