We would like to invite families from Fairmont to share their cultural heritage with other Fairmont Families. Our PTA Family Fun committee is planning to host a Multicultural night in April, an exciting event that will give us a chance to introduce our kids to different cultures represented through our diverse student body by sharing our cultures and heritages. This is a volunteer-run event and we are seeking families that will sign up to represent their respective cultures.
There will be an informational Zoom meeting on February 9 (7 pm) to give more details. Attached is a file outlining the main features of the event. If you considering representing your cultural heritage, please sign up and add in the sign up comments which country/culture you would like to represent.
NOTE - If the country/culture you would like to represent is already listed, please go ahead and sign up. We would ideally have multiple families working together on each booth to allow everyone a chance to explore the other booths the day of the event.
