Family Fun Movie Night
We will have an outdoor screening of ENCANTO. Save the date - Friday, March 25. Bring your blanket and chairs and enjoy an evening of family entertainment. This is a family event. Detailed information available here. Tickets are $5 family and can be purchased here. Pre-register for ticket by Friday and get free hot chocolate for your family.
Multicultural Night
APRIL 22 (5:30 - 7:30 PM) - This event was moved from April 23 to April 22. Please make note and save the date. The Fairmont volunteer host families met last week and are very excited to share their cultures with all Fairmont families. The event will be on Friday, April 22 (5:30 - 7:30 PM) on the upper playground near Main Gate. We have 14 countries/cultural heritages represented. It is not too late to join in hosting your culture/heritage. Only counties/heritages with Fairmont host volunteers will be represented at this event. Booth hosts are planning for crafts and interesting information to share with students as they work their way around the world at Fairmont.
Book Fair
Book Fair is coming April 1-8. Volunteer sign ups will be posted this week. Students will have a chance to shop during their library time (regardless of whether they have money) as well as their lunch and recess (if they have money). If there is a shortage of volunteers, students visiting the book fair at lunch and recess will be limited based on the number of volunteers present.
Recycling Wednesdays
As a school, we have recycled more than 1,300 pounds of aluminum cans and plastic bottles. Thank you for your donations.
