Family Multicultural Night
Thank you to all the families that volunteered to share their cultures with Fairmont on Friday evening. It was a wonderful event where students could learn and enjoy the activities at all of the booths. Your efforts and passion to share your culture were noticed and valued by all who attended - thank you again.
Family Fun May the Fourth Be With You
May 4 (6:00 PM) - Lightsaber kits must be purchased by Friday, April 29 to allow us time to kit the supplies for the May 4 activity. Purchase kits online or using the paper form on PS. For more information, click here.
Teacher Appreciation Week
We are still looking for volunteers to decorate doors and create posters for staff that don't have regular classes to show our appreciation to them this week. Please consider signing up to adopt a staff member here.

Field Trip Questions
Every grade at Fairmont will have a field trip this year. The field trips are already booked. If your students have not gone on a field trip yet this school year, don't worry - they will before the end of the school year. This is another area of cooperation between the school and PTA - the school staff picks the field trips that compliment their curriculum and PTA provides the funding for the field trips and transportation for the outings. Thank you again to our Jog-A-Thon donors. This is just one of the areas your donations support during the school year for our PTA.
Recycling Wednesdays
As a school, we have recycled more than 1,550 pounds of aluminum cans and plastic bottles. Thank you for your donations.
