Meet Our Assistant Principal

Hello Fairmont families!

I am excited to return to Fairmont Elementary School as your assistant principal. I have taught in PYLUSD for the past 21 years, where my career started as a childcare teacher right here at Fairmont Elementary. From there, I was a teacher at Ruby Drive, Melrose, and Tynes Elementary. In addition, I was a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) at Tynes Elementary and the district office where I supported educators in the areas of English Language Arts and History Social Science. I obtained my B.S. in Family Community Services with an emphasis in young children from Michigan State University, my Masters in Education from National University, and my Administrative Credential from the Orange County Department of Education. I am passionate about working with students in a school setting and believe every student deserves access to a quality education in a supportive learning environment.

I grew up here in PYLUSD and attended Travis Ranch Elementary and Middle School. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Chad, and our two daughters, London (7) and Charlee (5 ½). In my free time, I love being with family, watching my kids play multiple sports, camping, and snowboarding.

I'm looking forward to a wonderful school year!
